Overview

Maze Bank Tower is the tallest and most recognisable skyscraper in Los Santos. It stands in the financial core of Pillbox Hill, surrounded by office blocks, elevated roads, public plazas and the dense street grid of Downtown Los Santos. In Story Mode, it is primarily a skyline landmark, a mission backdrop and a destination for parachuting-related content rather than a normally enterable bank interior.

The building becomes substantially more functional in GTA Online, where the tower can be purchased as an Executive Office. That Online office is a player-owned business headquarters rather than a fully modelled public Maze Bank interior. The distinction matters: the tower’s visible plaza, rooftop and exterior access points are part of the shared city, while office facilities, garage access and executive interiors belong to Online property gameplay.

Maze Bank Tower occupies a complete city block bounded by San Andreas Avenue, Vespucci Boulevard, Alta Street and Power Street. Its grounds include the tower itself, a large landscaped plaza, fountains, steps, gardens, parking entrances, delivery entrances, rooftop equipment and a helipad.
